Co-Founder & CEO

A former Investment Banker and Licensed Investment Advisor, Anton brings 5+ years at a premier Bay Street boutique in Toronto. He has led, promoted, and closed multimillion-dollar IPOs across biotech, IT, financial services, and mining, while building and serving high-net-worth clients. Anton has engaged 200+ venture-backed founders and IPO/M&A candidates pursuing listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, and collaborates closely with leading entrepreneurs and advisors in Canada’s financial hub. He also adds a media operator’s lens from his role as Associate Publisher at one of North America’s fastest-growing private media companies which was acquired in early 2025 by H.I.G. Capital, a major global alternative investment firm.
